Rituals UK Virtual Annual Update

A company update with two unique set ups for a live stream to their virtual audience.

OUR CHALLENGE

One of our favourite clients, Rituals UK, challenged us to source a venue to host their UK Annual update. With their specific brand image in mind they needed to have two unique set ups for a live stream to their virtual audience. The venue had to be suitable for 8 live speakers with a ‘chat style’ content area as well as a product display area.

This was the first time the event was being hosted virtually and the message and ethos of both the content and company needed to feel personable just like the previous live events. We were also challenged to curate the best way to execute this hybrid event and fully manage the studio, content, production, and streaming process. All with the added challenge of ensuring the event was completely compliant to COVID-19 restrictions as safety of staff and suppliers was paramount.

OUR SOLUTION

We started off with the venue find to ensure that the location was perfect for our client. We found a space in Central London that matched their requirements and transformed the dry hire venue to a branded, bespoke, Rituals experience. We transitioned the space between two set ups over the course of one day with a high specification production package that included a range of cameras, monitors, and technical support. As part of content support, we managed production of videos, slide content, transitions, show calling and offered complete speaker support. On top of the above, we worked with the Rituals IT team to ensure the virtual audience received the highest level of stream quality and content. The result; a unique experience, true to the brand with excellent engagement from all employees.

Thank you to Smart Live - Creative Event Specialists for working with us on all of the technics, organising a great set up and helping with the covid-safe & smooth running of the event.
