Mallorca Incentive Trip
An incentive trip to top all others, guests had the weekend of a lifetime, filled with exciting activities and breathtaking scenery.
Our challenge
Smart Live were challenged with finding the perfect destination for an incentive trip and then organising exciting activities and breathtaking opportunities to thank the chosen 40 delegates for their repeat business. For our client, fun and food needed to be at the heart of the weekend, and Smart Live loved planning every little detail for them.
Our Solution
We selected Deià, Mallorca as our destination, choosing the beautiful Belmond La Residencia as the hotel for the weekend. Smart Live organised a fantastically well planned out 3 day itinerary, including:
• An old fashioned private train journey
• Spanish gala dinners cooked by Michelin star chef Angela Hartnett, accompanied with a delicious range of drinks and entertainment
• A private yacht trip to lunch spot Ca’s Patro, the famous waterfront restaurant from ‘The Night Manager’
• A donkey picnic in the beautiful olive groves of Deià.
We also organised all elements surrounding the itinerary, such as delegate management and logistics, pre-event registration and communication, stunning venue and table dressing at all restaurants, various surprise gifts for delegates, and all printed collateral such as menus and table plans throughout the weekend.
What an unbelievable trip. Every tiny detail was thought of and we were made to feel very special indeed. Thank you to the wonderful Smart team for a weekend that surpassed any possible expectations.
