Danone Waters
An all-employee conference hosted over 2 days with a focus on sustainability, followed by a bespoke scavenger hunt for delegates.
OUR CHALLENGE
We are fortunate to be involved in a number of projects with Danone throughout the year, ranging from Summer and Christmas parties through to team building. Their annual conference is a particular highlight, which takes place outside of London for all employees. In 2020 we were tasked with sourcing a venue just outside of London, and end to end project managing the conference as a whole.
OUR SOLUTION
Smart Live worked with Danone to source, design and coordinate pre-event communications, venues, transport, hotels and entertainment. The 2-day event provided breakout sessions and key conference talks, all incorporating the theme of sustainability. We also planned a bespoke scavenger hunt around Guildford that focused on their key pillars for the year ahead, as well as a drinks reception and dinner for guests to relax and unwind.
The Smart Live team has once again demonstrated their creative flair and flexibility during our annual conference. Their can-do, positive attitude makes them a pleasure to work with.
